Our Mission

  • We aim to Improve the standard of living for our current and future members;

  • Organize new workers into the union to bring the benefits of collective bargaining to the unorganized;

  • Reaffirm our commitment to universal service so that all Americans have equal access to the information highway;

  • We urge our members to vote in their own best interest and to build community coalitions at the national and local levels to support workers’ rights.

Our Values

  • We strive to empower workers and give them a collective voice in their workplace.

  • We promote fairness and equality in the workplace, fighting against discrimination, harassment, and other forms of unfair treatment.

  • Workers should be evaluated and rewarded based on their skills, experience, and contributions, rather than arbitrary factors such as race, gender, or ethnicity.

  • We prioritize the safety and health of workers, advocating for strong workplace safety regulations and protections.

  • We advocate for broader social and economic justice issues. We continue to support community organizations and initiatives, as well as lobby for policies that benefit workers and their families.

  • We promote solidarity and collective action among workers, recognizing the power of workers coming together to advocate for their rights and interests.
